Hi, I'm Jalisa Matthews — a Licensed Social Worker with over a decade of experience in child welfare, forensic social work, and program leadership.

I currently serve as a Program Manager at Delaware County Children & Youth Services, where I lead system implementation, staff training, and compliance initiatives. I also run an independent consulting practice focused on forensic evaluations, IEP advocacy, and trauma-informed training for courts, families, and organizations.

Outside of work, I'm a passionate traveler who finds inspiration and perspective in every corner of the world.
